The lake is part of an uncontaminated landscape composed of holm oak and oak woods and the typical Mediterranean scrub, where deer and mouflons live and its shaded areas created by the mountains and the rocks that emerge from the surface form a spectacle that is worth worth experiencing for a full day tour
Its clear waters of colors that change from turquoise to emerald green and the imposing Gennargentu massif to frame it, will surprise you with each new passage.
Here the weather is always quite mild and is therefore a suitable tour at any time of the year and can be an excellent alternative when the sea conditions are not optimal.
Colors and fragrances change according to the period, always offering a fairytale scenario, in winter the site offers a landscape all white with snow in the mountains of Gennargentu and on the shores of the lake to change completely in the remaining months where dominates the green color and flowers scent the surrounding environment.
